You can create your own custom status for your post using the following method.

First, you need to have a project created other than the Uncategorized project.

Second, you need to create a project and save it before you chose to edit the status or create a customized status.

Third, you can choose one of the main statuses shown or create a custom one here.

The status will show up here once you click add.

You can later go to the Dashboard and you'll find the status you created here.

You can also save a post as the custom status you created is shown.

Note: You can drag the statuses in the desired ranking according to their importance to you.

Here you can add a team member to your project.

Note: This feature exists in higher plans as shown below or if you have an AppSumo plan.
