This link takes you directly to reset your password.

However, before you enter info to reset the password, make sure to clear the Bramework session.

1. Right-click on the page

2. Click inspect

3. Application tab

4. Storage > local storage find app.bramework.com right click and clear

5. Storage > session storage find app.bramework.com right click and clear

6. Refresh the page

Then go back to reset email, click the link and enter the reset credentials.

Note: You can find the email in the spam folder if you didn't receive it in your inbox.
