Your brand’s voice is what sets you apart from the competition. It’s how your audience recognizes and connects with you. With Bramework’s Brand Voice feature, you can ensure that every piece of content you create consistently reflects your brand’s unique style and tone, no matter who’s writing it.
Here’s how to set up and use Brand Voice across Bramework’s tools:
1. Setting Up Your Brand Voice
Option 1: Manually Define Your Brand Voice
Create or Select a Project Folder:
Navigate to your dashboard and select or create a project folder where you’d like to apply your brand voice.
Enter Your Brand Voice:
Go to the "Brand Voice" section within your project settings. Here, you can manually enter a description of your brand’s tone, style, and key messaging points.
Think about how you want your brand to be perceived. Should it be formal or casual? Friendly or authoritative? Enter as much detail as necessary to capture your brand’s essence.
Save Your Brand Voice:
Once you’ve defined your brand voice, click “Save.” This will ensure that your brand voice is automatically applied whenever you create content using Bramework’s tools.
Option 2: Use AI to Generate Your Brand Voice
Provide a URL for Analysis:
Instead of manually defining your brand voice, you can let Bramework’s AI analyze your website, About Me page, or any other URL that best portrays your company.
In the "Brand Voice" section of your project settings, enter the URL you’d like the AI to analyze.
Generate Brand Voice:
Click on “Generate Brand Voice.” The AI will analyze the content from your provided URL and create a brand voice that reflects your style and tone.
Review and Save:
Review the generated brand voice to ensure it accurately represents your brand. If necessary, make edits, and then click “Save” to apply it across your content.
2. Using Brand Voice Across Bramework Tools
Once you’ve set up your brand voice, it will automatically be applied across the following Bramework tools:
First Draft PRO:
When generating long-form content, your brand voice will be reflected in the tone and style of the draft. This ensures consistency, even when tackling complex topics.
Blog Post Editor (Instruct Tab):
As you edit and refine your blog posts, the instruct tab will guide you in maintaining your brand’s tone. Whether adding a new section or rephrasing a paragraph, the Brand Voice feature will ensure your content stays on message.
Rewrite Generator:
When using the Rewrite Generator, your brand voice will be applied to all rewrites, ensuring that even content revisions maintain your unique style and tone.
Summary Generator:
Summaries created with the Summary Generator will also align with your brand voice, making sure that condensed versions of your content still resonate with your audience.
3. Managing and Updating Your Brand Voice
Updating Your Brand Voice:
As your brand evolves, you may want to update your brand voice. Simply return to the "Brand Voice" section within your project settings to make changes. You can update it manually or generate a new brand voice using a different URL.
Switching Between Brand Voices:
If you manage multiple brands or projects, you can switch between different brand voices by selecting the appropriate project folder. Each project can have its own unique brand voice, ensuring that content remains consistent across different brands.
