My Prompt Library is your centralized hub for storing and managing writing prompts that you can use across Bramework's AI-powered tools. It consists of two main sections:

Accessing My Prompt Library
You can access My Prompt Library from multiple locations throughout Bramework:
1. From the Post Builder
When working on a blog post, look for the "Browse Prompts" button in the Instructions tab.
2. From the Chat Interface
Click the "Prompts" button next to the attachment icon in the chat input area.
3. From AI Writing Tools
Access prompts from various AI tools:
First Draft Pro
Find the prompt button next to the "Call to Action" button.
Rewrite Generator
Look for the "Browse Prompts" button above the instructions textarea.
Summary Generator
Access prompts above the instructions field.
Social Media Content Generator
Find the prompt button near the instructions area.
Managing Your Prompts
Creating a New Prompt
1. Click the "Add Prompt" button in My Prompt Library
2. Fill in the following fields:
Prompt Name: Give your prompt a descriptive name (e.g., "Blog Post Introduction")
Category: Select the appropriate category (Writing, Technical, Marketing, etc.)
Template: Enter your prompt text. Use [placeholders] for variable parts
Description (optional): Add notes about when/how to use this prompt
Example Prompt Template
Write a compelling introduction for a blog post about [topic].
The introduction should:
- Hook the reader with an interesting fact or question
- Briefly explain why [topic] matters to [target audience]
- Preview the main points that will be covered
- Be approximately [word count] words
- Use a [tone] tone
Editing Prompts
1. Hover over any of your custom prompts
2. Click the pencil icon to edit
3. Make your changes and click "Update Prompt"
Duplicating Prompts
To create variations of existing prompts:
1. Click the duplicate icon on any prompt (yours or from the template library)
2. The system automatically creates a copy with a unique name
3. Edit the duplicated prompt to customize it
Deleting Prompts
1. Hover over your custom prompt
2. Click the trash icon
3. Confirm deletion when prompted
β οΈ Note: You can only delete your custom prompts, not template library prompts.
Using Prompts in Different Tools
Quick Copy Method
1. Click the clipboard icon on any prompt
2. The prompt is copied to your clipboard
3. Paste it into any text field
Direct Insertion Method
When accessing prompts from within a tool:
1. Click "Browse Prompts"
2. Click the clipboard icon on your desired prompt
3. The prompt is automatically inserted into the current field
4. The modal closes automatically
