As a Bramework customer wishing to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Bramework account.

  2. Navigate to the 'My Account' page.

  3. Select the 'Plan' section.

  4. Click on the 'Cancel Plan' button to initiate the cancellation process.

Refund Requests

  • You can cancel your trial anytime before your plan starts to avoid further charges. However, the trial cost is non-refundable.

  • You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time prior to the commencement of your next billing cycle. By doing so, you will not incur any further charges.

  • Refunds will not be issued for fees already paid for your current subscription period. This policy applies to all subscription durations, including any remaining months in an annual subscription that have not been used.

  • Your access to the service will remain active until the conclusion of your current subscription period. However, once this period ends, you will lose access to the account and its associated services.

  • When you cancel your subscription, including those for any add-ons, any discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers previously applied to your account will be removed. Should you decide to resubscribe later, please note that these past incentives (discounts, coupon codes, promotions) will not be reinstated or applicable to future subscriptions.

General Account Information:

  • Your Bramework subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.

  • You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

  • Bramework reserves the right to alter or discontinue its service(s) for any reason, without prior notification.

Fraud and/or Violations of Terms of Service

  • Bramework may suspend or terminate your account if there is suspicion or evidence (through legal action, settlement, insurance claim, investigation, or other means) of your involvement in fraudulent activities related to our services.

  • The same policy applies if you are suspected or found to be in violation of our terms of service.
