Cancellation Process for Bramework Subscriptions:

To cancel your Bramework subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Bramework account.

  2. Navigate to the 'My Account' page.

  3. Select the 'Plan' section.

  4. Click on the 'Cancel Plan' button to initiate the cancellation process.

Refund Requests:

  • Trial Period: You can cancel your trial anytime before your plan starts to avoid further charges. Please note that the trial cost is non-refundable.

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the start of your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. This applies to all subscription types, including monthly, annual, and add-on subscriptions.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for fees already paid for the current subscription period. This policy covers all subscription durations, including any unused months remaining in an annual subscription.

  • Access After Cancellation: Your access to Bramework will continue until the end of your current subscription period. After this period, your account and its associated services will be deactivated.

  • Promotions and Discounts: When you cancel your subscription, including any add-ons, any discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers previously applied to your account will be removed. If you choose to resubscribe later, these past incentives (discounts, coupon codes, promotions) will not be reinstated or applicable to future subscriptions.

General Account Information:

  • Auto-Renewal: Your Bramework subscription, including add-ons, will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Plan Changes: You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

  • Service Modifications: Bramework reserves the right to alter or discontinue its service(s), including any add-ons, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Fraud and/or Violations of Terms of Service:

  • Account Suspension/Termination: Bramework may suspend or terminate your account if there is suspicion or evidence (through legal action, settlement, insurance claim, investigation, or other means) of your involvement in fraudulent activities related to our services.

  • Terms of Service Violations: The same policy applies if you are suspected or found to be in violation of our terms of service.
